I have been trying to get answers about my order and still nothing! Is more than 20 days and nothing

Fake products, smell wasn't the same as what I already had liquid different colour, the bottle was bent at top and wouldn't spray . Customer service terrible wouldn't give refund. Took 4 weeks to arrive after paying £5.99 delivery Con website

Sended emails and messages on Facebook, no informative response from either. Then I select track order it still stats Parcel staged for the last 15 days...

I had the order of my Burberry Brit fragrance but I want it the pink one not the one with Burberry branding printing :(

I placed an order on February 4th 2021 and still never received my two colognes I have ordered, today is March 24th 2021 and still no colognes!! I asked for a refund because it was taking forever to get here and they would not give me one because they told me they shipped, so where are they? $81.38 down the tubes I wonder where they could be.😪

Very poor seem to be fake or waters down fragrances and you will never get a full refund I have returned the product and they have refunded me only a third and refuse to refund any more. You have been warned do not touch this company !!!

DO NOT ORDER From FRAGRANCEX their customer support is horrendous instead order from FRAGRANCENET. They have the best all around service
