very bad company with false promises. I ordered my fragrance on 28 Feb and never received the package. I called them on 19 March and they promised to rectify the problem. They rescheduled my order in the systems only and nothing physical was sent to me! I called them again 30 March and they lied to me that I will get package and will be refunded. No tracking information no one seems to know where is my package and they don't seem to bother in solving my case. I warn anyone to do business with them with extra care.

Leider wurde nicht die vollständige Versandadresse auf dem Paket deklariert, Support beschuldigt mich, ich hätte nicht die vollständige Adresse hinterlegt, was aber nicht stimmt. Versender hat nur die Hälfte gedruckt. Dadurch konnte das Paket nicht zugestellt werde. Da es sich um ein Paket außerhalb der EU handelt, kann nur der Versender die neue Adresse an DPD übermitteln. Nach mehr maligen auffordern, das der Versender die korrekte Adresse an DPD weiterleiten soll, damit das Paket neu ausgeliefert werden kann, antwortete irgendwann der Support nicht mehr. Paket wurde dann nach einer Woche Theater wieder an dem Versender zurück geschickt. Käuferschutz bei Klarna läuft. Dokumentiert auf jeden Fall alles. Könnte noch mal wichtig werden! Bezahlt nicht sofort, lieber auf Rechnung. Für mich nie wieder. NACHTRAG: Nachdem ich Ende letzen Jahres bei Trustpilot meine Echtheit nachweisen musste, ob ich auch wirklich bestellt habe, weil ich schlecht verwertet hatte, dieses aber tun konnte. Finde ich es mehr als peinlich, dass 10 Monate später hier geantwortet wird, das es ihnen leid tut und ich mich beim Kunden Support melden soll mit meiner Ordernumner. Der Zug ist doch nun wirklich abgefahren. Netter Versuch, aber viel zu spät. Wenn es aber nötig ist und ich noch einmal meine Echtheit nachweisen muss. Dann geben sie mir Bescheid.

Frangrance seems fake from initial order. It was a different color

The package came on time and was delivered in good condition.I’ll update my review once I’ve tested the fragrance. Update April 9 2021* I was excited to buy from FragranceX because of all the amazing reviews I saw online. I received the fragrance recently and based on my experience I will not be buying again. The fragrance smells like alcohol, I feel ripped off. I’d rate 0 stars if I could.

Very bad company, I don't no it's real company or not I ordered from UK worth 140£ of perfume’s they sent tracking details and everything but I didn't receive my products it's been like 30 days, customers support are very rude and saying that perfumes have been delivered and go and talk to the courier department we can help, fraud company I gus, customers support requested my ID’s, I sent my passport copy (BRP)now I'm worried, please guy don't share any ID proofs, be careful

Hace 12 días q hice el pedido con 2 colonias y todavía no me ha llegado. El envío llegaría de 4 a 8 días. No me importa q tarde. Lo q quiero es q me llegue. Llegan o es un timo???
