i was very excited to receive my order of a variety of demeter fragrances in strawberry, lemon, & orange. unfortunately, not even one of the fragrances lasts on your skin. not even for a few seconds, I am very disappointed with this brand & will never order this line again!

The site does not accept international cards, putting the purchase on hold for several days and requesting address details that are already in the order. When sending the data I will still request more data, making the shopping experience horrible. One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had.

First time I'd come across this website, glad it was!! Saw my Stella McCartney perfume I wanted, great 👍🏼 £28.30,perfect 👌 then a pop up comes up as it does usually with sign up & get 15% off, even better 💯 apply that but still says £28.30 that's odd, but what they'd done was put it up to £32 something then apply the 15% to bring it down to the £28.30!!!! So not saved anything!! Very sneeky if you ask me.

I ordered my items never git them and it’s over a month and I keep getting the run around after I was told I had to open a claim with UPS which I did but yet stop a month later no money. Ups claim #: 3303391301

The refund is so long, the employees do not refund my money back when I was charged for the perfume. Also, the authorization is so weird, others website don't have that, so inconvenient
