You say customer satisfaction is your priority but taking your customer’s money and make them wait over a month and at the end saying that you cannot deliver to my location and on the top you charge me shipping fee for not delivering my products! is certainly not satisfactory. Very bad service and false advertisement. I would never recommend fragranceX to anyone, it’s a scam.

They deceive customers and mislead the customer, as they do not put all the details. I paid on this site the value of an expensive perfume, and upon receiving my purchases I found a sample perfume, not perfume, and this is cheating and deception and tricks! I will because you order it from them again and tell everyone to be careful about this site

I have been ordering fragrances from Fragrance X for years. Up to now no problems. Today when I tried to place an order I realized the shipping cost was $350.00 to the United States. I chatted with them because I thought is was a computer error. Only to find out it was indeed $350.00 . They are now using a shipper called Prime (no relation to Amazon). I will never order from this company again and I strongly caution any thinking of doing business with Fragrance X not to. They are out of integrity.

Unfortunately, this company, despite a phone call to customer service 4 days ago where I was promised a refund. They never shipped my item, and to this day have not refunded my money. I placed the order on April 22, and now on May 1 I still have no refund and they have not responded to my email requesting a refund.

I have been trying to get in touch with this company for the last three days about getting a return label sent to my email address. Their phone is either busy or no answer. When I try to get in touch by email it sent me on a run around. I been purchasing from them for a while and never had a complaint until now. But I will never let anyone play with my money and I won’t purchase again.

I ordered Hugo Boss No.6 twice, and got other kind of Hugo Boss twice too. When I wanted return that, I needed to pay for that.
