Purchased Abercrombie cologne end January, received sometime in February. Paid $170. Opened the bottle in April. Didn't smell like Abercrombie, and the lid doesn't fit properly. Clearly a fake. I emailed the company who offered me 15% of my money back . What a joke. Disgraceful. Don't touch their stuff. Wish I'd read all the negative reviews before purchasing!!!

Did not receive my order until May 11,2021. Very disappointed, it was a Mother's Day gift. I feel there should be some form of compensation.

I've been waiting over 2 weeks for my perfume to arrive. I keep emailing them and they keep emailing me with the same reply. I'll never order from them again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are deceitful and charge your card more than what the email receipt says and then don’t refund you the proper amount. Basically scam customers and their customer service doesn’t help at all.

one bottle has a torn box. The second has some kind of dirt inside the bottle and this is very unpleasant. I am afraid for the safety of the product.

bought 2 passion perfume that was on sale, 15% off ,when I wanted to use my 5.00 extra off my next time buy, it would not accept it.The discount was for everybody, but the 5.00 one was especially for me and my next purchase.did not happen ,and I was not happy about that.to me extra means extra.with no restrictions added.

Very disappointed. First time I bought here and never again. This perfume is fake, I bought jimmy choo after 20 minutes doesn't smells anything at all. Never again.
