Requested replacements or refund. No smell at all other than alcohol. Unhappy 1st time customer.

The product cost me 24.44$ dollars and when i paid for that they took 25.16$ and equal payments of 1.24$ gone from three times without reason. After that received a mail saying it cant be shipped to wrong address. Poor experience and no refunds yet.

Do not purchase from this site. I had an order that I was unhappy with, told that could return this. And I was sent the return label and all information needed. I returned this item on the 22nd May and have received no communication about a refund. This is awful customer service, several emails have been ignored. Do not order unless you don’t want your money back when you return. I will never purchase from this company again and will be escalating this issue.

Check your orders carefully. I ordered 2 bottles of 1.7 oz womens parfums but received 2 bottles of 1.6 oz. When I contacted the company about the discrepancy I was given some convoluted explanation that 1.6 oz is the same as 1.7 oz?!!!! WHAT? So, what school is teaching this new form of math? You may try to fool me once but you won't fool me twice! Buyers beware.

I placed an order by mistake but in a few minutes I canceled but they returned the money less I sent more emails but I did not receive any answer.

First purchase and very disappointing. Received bottle with damaged sprayer and even the perfume performance is also very weak. Emailed the customer service and ended up with no response. It was not a cheap buy paid almost $180. Will never buy again and personally will not suggest anyone to buy from fragrancex.

Just received my 50ml bottle of Angel and it is brown in colour - smells ok ish but was a present so can’t be given. Waste of my hard earned cash. No point paying less if it can’t be given - can’t tell about the other one as not a tester. Very disappointed.

The website cannot be accessed from France, only from some parts of the country, i even told them but they dont care about us.
