Hello PETYA, I hope all is well. I am so sorry for the trouble you have had with receiving your order. We have been in contact regarding the return of your package from the carrier who was delivering this. It seems as though the carrier could not locate your shipping address. When the package arrived back at our warehouse, we did process a refund in full back to you.
