Excellent first experience.
FragranceX is the only X i would get back with😂 Okay so first off, for international buyers, bare in mind that they are US based. Don't track using the tracking number on the carriers site to start with, as it won't update there first. Instead track through FragranceX on the "my account" section and it will give you the updates in the US before your package reaches the carrier in your own country. In my case the package was dispatched next day sharp as I ordered evening time, and it sat in JFK for 5 or 6 days lol. All this time, no updates on the main carrier tracking. So I feel like alot of people complaining here think that FragranceX is slow to dispatch their products, when in reality they're just not tracking on the right section. FragranceX was fast in my case and did their job efficiently. The US carrier/customs process was the slow painful part lol, and that's completely out of FragranceX's control once it's left their hands. In my experience, the carrier tracking system does not update themselves until your package reaches your country/passes through customs. Scent looks legit. I have the other ones from the same line in my collection, and the boxes/bottles are all perfect. The scent is lighter initially when i first spray in this case, so if this is the case for you too, LET IT MATURE FOLKS. A couple of weeks to a month, you'll definitely notice a change over time and even more so in the months after that. Also I've gone noseblind to the scent really quickly lol. Now that I've stopped sniffing so much I can smell it more😂 so stop sniffing yourself so much and you won't think performance is weaker than what it actually is lol. I'd say about 60% of my collection was needing to mature when new. So definitely not an issue with authenticity or weak batches. I'll let it mature as i have done with more than half of my collection, and I'm certain it'll turn into the beast everyone says it is. Just have patience folks. Packaging was good, my scents boxes are in perfect condition no dings etc. The cardboard they pack with is perfectly thick and durable. Noticeably thicker than any packaging ive had from other companies. It Protected them nicely. Overall FragranceX has been great for my first experience. Yes it took a while to arrive, but they handled their end of business quickly, efficiently. They are internationally based so keeping this in mind everything was very very good. Absolutely zero complaints. If you have a complaint you need to direct it to JFK and their customs process lol. I definitely will be back to buy again via FragranceX. Prices are fair, duties are all covered in the prices. Really theres nothing to moan about. Bare in mind on these review sites, sometimes people only post the negative things, and sometimes, people dont come and post the positive things. This is one such case. FragranceX has their own reviews on their site too, on the products themselves. And they are full of positive feedback. I feel like alot of people came here to complain about their tracking not showing up on the main carrier site to start with, and slow delivery times when honestly it's JFK airport taking forever to process it through customs lol. Remember, FragranceX themselves more then likely did their part quickly. Track via the "my account" section on their site. You'll see your orders, tap track. So yeah if you're here, reading this for your first time order, and you're concerned by the other reviews, don't be. 10/10 and i will definitely be back. Thanks!
