FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

Excellent choice, variety. I wish the prices were more decent like from Nordstromrack or tjmaxx. Anyway, I still like it and would recommend Fragrancex.

It was super easy. The product came very fast. I only wish there was stable pricing overtime.

Good prices for authentic parfume. Why 4 stars? No samples for new perfumes.

Delivery was fast and the cologne was real! The only issue I had was that I picked the open box choice rather than the tester choice to get a cap for the sprayer but did not receive one. Could've saved a couple bucks just getting the tester one. Other than that, completely recommend

Three day priority shipping turned into over a week… But that’s OK I got my perfume and I am happy

I ordered a bottle of fragrance and had to return it, but the return process was very easy. The customer service was excellent! My return was processed very quickly with no problem at all. The reason I’m rating fragancex 4 stars rather than 5 is because the bottle I received was not the one pictured. I ordered an old favorite which I wanted a back-up of, since it had been newly reformulated and re-packaged. I did not get the older version I wanted (and which was pictured), but the newer, changed version. I wish they could be better at keeping up with current pics. Next time, I will just call and ask. Because I have been very happy with them in the past, and they remain a good company to deal with.

Great perfume. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is the price.

I was very pleased with my order. The prices were amazing And the selection was great. Just waiting to order my next fragrance.
