Hello Cassie, Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. We only stock products that are 100% authentic and original brand names. We are truly sorry you are unhappy with your product. You may have ordered a tester, in which case it would not come with a lid because testers are made for department stores for people to sample, but they are still 100% unused and authentic, just cheaper. Hello Sibusiso. Hope you are well. I am truly sorry for the huge delay with your order. If it is an international order going outside of the USA, then it is is most likely held up at customs for longer than usual due to COVID manual inspections, or the holidays approaching. The tracking information does not update until your package crosses customs in your country, which is unfortunately out of our control. Ciao Lucia, Spero che tu stia bene. Sono davvero dispiaciuto per l'enorme ritardo con il tuo ordine. Se si tratta di un ordine internazionale che va al di fuori degli Stati Uniti, è molto probabile che sia trattenuto alla dogana più a lungo del solito a causa delle ispezioni manuali COVID o delle festività che si avvicinano. Le informazioni di tracciamento non si aggiornano fino a quando il tuo pacco non attraversa la dogana nel tuo paese, il che purtroppo è fuori dal nostro controllo.
