FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

Ordered, and received the order fast. Was very pleased with the service. And product.

Product arrived in a timely manner.

Like a brick and mortar store that has great customer service but all of one favs missing on the shelves.

Selection is great, prices are reasonable, delivery is fast

Don't care the perfume I wanted, but prices are good

Great perfumes which are authentic. Easy to order and I usually find perfumes which are sold out from elsewhere. The only thing I wish is that they’d change their delivery partner to something else than DHL when shipping intercontinentally. DHL’s import/customs service prices are almost robbery and it costs you even more if you inform DHL you want to do the import/customs process yourself.

Great prices, great discounts, great variety of products. Really like shopping at this site.

Good customer service. But what i don't understand is that why repeat customers always have to send a bank code everytime we order.. it makes the process slow..
