** Review Update ** -Definitely NOT Christian Dior's Dune
**Updated Review** - Since writing the Review below, I contacted FragranceX and advised them of the problem with the said "fragrance" that I received as outlined in my review, and I requested a full refund. I also advised them of the problems I was facing in returning the perfume to them and the prohibitive cost to do so, after I found the one freight company who would forward it on. Since then FragranceX has now refunded me the amount I paid in full. Thank you FragranceX - Mella Chand *Original Review* - I have been wearing Christian Dior's Dune EDT for over 20 plus years, and absolutely love it, I never wear any other perfume. I recently ordered a 100ml "tester" bottle from FragranceX. On spraying it when it arrived, the smell was NOTHING remotely like what Dune should smell like. It was a strange alcohol-like smell, which disappeared after about 5 minutes on the skin. I then left it for a day then tried again, same result, definitely NOT Dune !! - I decided to return it, and asked FragranceX for their account number to freight forward the bottle, due to the fact I did NOT get what I ordered. They refused my request to freight forward it. The only company that ships perfume to USA was DHL freight. They quoted me $258 NZ to send it back !! - Price I paid for the perfume was $160 NZ apprx. I am now out of pocket for $160 NZ and ended up with a 100ml bottle of some smelly alcohol. Extremely disappointed and feel very ripped off as the 'liquid/perfume' was not the legitimate Christian Dior Dune. FragranceX - please make this right and refund my money. M Chand

I have order fragrance and they were…
I have order fragrance and they were quick to charge me and after that send me an email that my order is on hold due to my billing adress not matching the adress of my bank card. I have never had any problems ordering from other websites and I haven't changed my adress in the last 5 years. Trying to reach customer service to get my money back but sadly they are quick to charge you and then avoid you when there is an issue. Avoid this website !

I order some items from fragrancex…
I order some items from fragrancex which the USPS claims attempt delivery yet I have not recieved the pkg. I spend 2.25hrs with customer service at USPS no resolve. I contact customer service at fragrancex customer service the response I got was there is nothing they can do until 10 days after shipping was made. No calling to check what's happening or let me give you a credit for the inconvenience. NO attempt to help. I will no longer purchase from here. They are quick to take your money but not to help you get the items you paid for.

Hi Eduardo, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are extremely sorry about the issues with the delivery. In tracking your parcel, we show that USPS attempted to deliver your parcel on October 26, 2021 (a day after the order was shipped) but as they were unable to find a safe location to leave your parcel at, they left a notice on your door instead and asked that you schedule a redelivery, so they can make the delivery attempt at your earliest convenience. USPS does this to avoid stolen or lost packages. We show that a redelivery request had been scheduled, and we are certain that USPS will make that redelivery attempt on the scheduled date and time that was set. We are sorry about the experience. Please contact us at [email protected] so we may assist further with this if you have outstanding questions or concerns. Have a great week!

If you are from SA then stay away!!
If you are from SA then stay away. I ordered on 25 September 2021. Still nothing 5 weeks later. It's not even in SA yet but FragranceX.com said the hold-up is SA border. That's a lie as I had ordered other stuff from other countries after I ordered from FragranceX.com and I received that week's ago. I asked for a refund as their website say it will arrive between 4 to 11 workdays and it's not near here. Guess they're going to have tons of excuses now why they're not going to refund me. Just stay away!

Hello, Hope you are well. We are truly sorry for the huge delay with your order. If it is an international order going outside of the USA, then it is is most likely held up at customs for longer than usual due to COVID manual inspections, or the holidays approaching. The tracking information does not update until your package crosses customs in your country, which is unfortunately out of our control. If you would like further information about your order, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]

I'm so furious!!!!!!!!!!
I am a singapore buyer. I'm so furious. Perfume is poorly packed and it came damaged. On top of that, they are fakes!! The prices are incredibly cheap but they are worthless since they are fakes! I have been working at Duty free shops for over 12 years and I know it the moment I see and use them. I bought B Venetta, Giorgio Armani and Christian Dior. Avoid at all costs. good prices but terrible products. Emailed customer service and they refused to refund even though I am ok to return.TERRIBLE

Hi Shinju, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are extremely sorry about the issues with this order. I have resent the invoice on the order to you. This is to share/remind that at checkout, the full payment you made on the order only covers shipping and the payment you made for the item. We have not charged any duties or taxes at checkout yet, as these fees are assessed by your country's customs. Parcels are randomly inspected and inspected parcels can be levied taxes and additional importation fees and we are unable to foresee which parcels might be inspected. We unfortunately cannot be responsible for these costs, as stated on our site: http://www.FragranceX.com/customerservice/shipping.html I apologize for this inconvenience, and I appreciate your understanding as this is out of our control. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and hope you will let us serve you again! Please contact us at [email protected] so we may assist further with this if you have outstanding questions or concerns. Have a great week!

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED FOR 3 MONTHS NOW
I made my order on FragranceX since 9th of August 2021 to South Africa and have still not received it! Everytime I try to email FragranceX they send me the same auto generated response and Dawn Wing keeps saying they have not received my parcel I sincerely would not recommend them if you're ordering outside the US
Response from FragranceXOct 26, 2021
Hi George, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are extremely sorry about the issues with this order. Our customs broker is still working with your country's customs clearing authorities to clear the thousands we have in waiting. We understand you have waited since August and while we know how soon you need the order, the hold is really not something we have direct control over. Kindly be assured the delivery will be completed, and the delay being that your country's imports authorities holding on to it, is not something we can control but definitely is something we are working to get released even without being prodded to. If you wish to view movements on the parcel, you can view them from the tracking link shared with you through the ship confirmation email we sent in August. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and hope you will let us serve you again! Please contact us at [email protected] so we may assist further with this if you have outstanding questions or concerns. Have a great week!
