I ve never been so disappointed with the customer service I’ve received from Jose. Received my order and all damaged sent an email as no number to call. And all I got was we can offer you 10% then 15% as a present all I wanted was an other sending out and I’ll send this one back. But no they can’t do that all you get is have a nice day and no help at all . First time buying from fragrance x and the last . Still waiting for a manager #48884881

Продавец не отвечает на мои электронные письма и письма от DHL, чтобы исправить ошибку в СЧЕТЕ. Плохое обслуживание. Спасибо, но из-за вашей ошибки DHL вернул товар отправителю. Я очень недоволен и расстроен.

Fake perfume - purchased Burberry Black and when I opened the nozzle of the bottle to refill a smaller bottle to carry in my handbag I noticed that this was impossible as the nozzle was completely different. I was "kindly" offered to return the bottle and get a refund MINUS 20% OFF as I haven't kept the original packaging. When I contacted dear old Sam from FrangranceX customer service to ask how could I have known the the perfume is fake WITHOUT opening the package, he kept repeating the same answer saying there is nothing they can do. Stay away from this company - their products are NOT legit!!!

Bonsoir, j'ai commandé plusieurs fois sur ce fragrancex et je n'ai pas eu de problème. Sauf dernièrement, j'ai fait une commande le 5 novembre, elle a été envoyé au Royaume-Uni, une deuxième expédition est partie le 23 novembre mais à ce jour je n'ai rien reçu !!! C'est dommage j'aimais bien mais je ne serai plus cliente désormais, mais j'espère avoir ma commande ou un remboursement.

First and last time to order anything from this company. Asides from the lousiest and most unhelpful customer service (probably rudest as well). Their Courier, Janio is the worst as well. Ordered the Police to be King perfume on November 13. Was told 10 to 12 business days guaranteed. Well it's now December 3 and it can't be found. Fragrancex can't find it. Janio deleted and changed their tracking info from Nov 26 onwards. Previously it said it had arrived in Manila Nov 28, entered Customs on Nov 29. Cleared and left customs late Dec 1, arrived at Janio local warehouse 4am Dec 2. I expected delivery late Dec 2 or Dec 3. Instead, tracker has been changed and now says item will be flown out of Singapore on Dec 5. So in other words my order will have flown out of Singapore TWICE in 1 week!? Customer Service doesn't know where it is. Won't give me a refund. Janio told me to read their tracker info and to have a nice weekend! Lousiest Company and Courier ever. Can't and won't recommend this to anyone. A total waste of time and money. Would have been cheaper and faster for me to ask my cousin in the US to buy it and send over by FedEx or UPS.

My experience with this company was terrible. My package was stolen. I contacted the company and explained to them through email what happened. They contacted USPS and told me that USPS delivered the package! I told the wonderful people are fragrance X. I did not receive it, may have my full refund back please, it doesn’t make sense, with them sending me two emails saying they contacted USPS explaining that the package was delivered. It clearly was not delivered if I don’t have it or anyone I know or live with doesn’t have it. Why are they still telling me this? Didn’t make any sense especially after 20 something days, I am still complaining about my refund. Why is the staff telling me about what the other company claimed they did, when they didn’t? This is my first and last time ordering from these people. Customer service was trash, they have to do better!! Never referring anyone to this site again!

Purchased Angel by Thierry Mugler, 1.7 oz Eau De Parfum Spray Refillable for Women AU $ 142.24 and item was grey (not blue as the same product here in Australia) look aweful!! They said because it is a refillable bottle it is that colour - utter rubbish!! looks like a Bali Knock Off - Buy local and avoid the sting!!! never again. As we know if shipping not inclusive of return why waste my money and receive the same service and product again. Not happy to help as they suggest - fobbed me off. No offer of return or replacement. If purchasing from another country don't even think about it.

I bought a fragrance on the 28th of September till this very day day. I haven't received it I have been sending fragranceX emails like I'm insane. But no one has assisted me. Been trying to call my so call "corriour" but I have been put of hold for 4 weeks straight. This Is frustrating 😔 I recommend all South Africa's to stick to South Africa Shops for fragrances even if if some fragrances are expensive to avoid getting stress and waisting your time and Airtime.
