fragranceroom.comReviews of fragranceroom.com

I am shocked at these reviews, and so it has prompted me to submit a review myself. I suspect it is NOT "The Fragrance Room" (an Australian site) that is being referred to, so I figure it's worth making it clear here. I have ordered several times from The Fragrance Room and the products I have ordered are consistently exceptional. I usually order the diffuser oils and I am confident that the oils are indeed genuine and provide a most beautiful scent that fills my home. I have never once been disappointed. I can also say that the only communication I have had with "Paul" to follow up on an order was very friendly, courteous and professional. I am therefore happy to thoroughly recommend The Fragrance Room to everybody. GCE2308

The website is no longer working per a very nice lady I just spoke with in sales at the 800# listed on the website. She directed me to go through one of their other vendors like Walmart, Macy's, Nordstrom's, etc. She said their IT team is working on putting in a flag in the Checkout feature of the website so people know they can't order through the website any longer.

I purchased the Amber room spray through click and collect and I absolutely love it but after reading the other reviews on here i may give them a miss for any home deliveries because it sounds like a nightmare 😂
