Damaged bottle
I bought a 200 ml bottle of paco rabanne fragrance and it was damaged before I could even take it out of the box. It couldn’t have happened in transit because the box itself was packed well so that means that I was sent a damaged bottle. I spent $100+ and I am very disappointed. Update: customer service has been helpful with addressing this issue. They sent a return label so that I could send the damaged item back. Unfortunately the item is sold out so they cannot re-ship a new one which would have been my first preference but they did offer me a full refund. I am adding another star for the customer service but I am still disappointed about this first time buying experience.

I am impressed by the service
I am impressed by the service. I was reluctant to order an expensive cologne online for fear it was a knockoff and not the real thing, but you sold me the real thing! I will not hesitate to order from you again.
