Fast delivery Legitimate product

They never sent my order to me and have not responded to my email.

I never received the product that I ordered or any kind of email notification as to why.

I must say that my experience with Fragrance Lovers throughout the purchasing process was fantastic...with a slight caveat. I've had a very difficult time locating and purchasing a bottle of YSL la Nuit D'lhomme Bleu Electrique for awhile now, and most recently had an order completely cancelled by Fragrancenet without any warning. I stumbled on the website thru a simple Google search, ran a URL check to make sure the company was legit, and when I felt comfortable enough, I went ahead and pulled the trigger. Now, I did send an email to the company to which I never received a response to, however, I can also be reasonable and understand that it's the holidays and they are probably quite busy. I just wanted to make a note of it in case anyone expects prompt responses. For me, not only was I able to procure a highly sought-after, discontinued gem of a fragrance, but I also paid a reasonable price given the ridiculous amounts people are asking on the gray market. I don't recall it's exact shipping times, but if I had to guess, I'd say around a week give or take. I know it wasn't long enough for me to get annoyed with it, and I'm extremely impatient now that pretty much everyone is offering 2 day shipping. Also, I must comment on the fragrance itself. If you've already tried LNDL before, you will immediately be reminded of the original. The spicy, slightly powdery cardamom is almost amplified in this new version. I don't notice any real deveation from the original, which can be a good thing, or a bad thing for some people. It's an absolute treasure to me, and I'm certainly glad to have obtained it for my modest collection of fragrances. Anyhow, I wanted to give my thoughts on my entire experience with purchasing a fragrance with the company. Overall, I think anyone would be pleased with the product, the reasonable pricing, and the sensible shipping times that the company offers, and warrants a chance to earn your business,as well as my repeat business.

I did't get my product yet

Don't respond to emails at all. Knowing you didn't want the order they send it out in record time of 7hrs right after reading my initial email. Don't respond so they can say they didn't know. I would not shop here ever again. I don't think anyone does

Fragrance was excellent. Shipping was a little slow. But overall happy with everything

Placed an order, seemed to have what I wanted. However received a delivered notice and didn’t see a package. Not sure if it’s still out for delivery but did reach out to company with no response a couple days later .
