The UPS service was very disappointing, it took over 2 more days until they give me my package. Please decided to change the UPS service because it takes more longer, and before anything I paid extra money for delivery so it can be more faster, but did not.

Product arrived leaking, cap not tightened. Tried to email them asking for a replacement/refund, with pictures of leakage attached, but they ignored it as well as a subsequent follow-up. I had just been in contact with them prior regarding a one week delay on shipping the product out, and as soon as I reach out for a replacement/refund, no response.
