This is not the revitalash formula! I want a refund.

I ordered several products, but nothing arrived and I can't get hold of customer service. Will never purchase from this site again.

I ordered a set of 2 hairspray - as was stated in the description of the item ordered. I only received one and when I asked about the fact that only one was received - there has been no response.

I received the oil with the seal broken open spilt all over and expired in 2012. The smell was so bad it made me instantly ill.

Bought a Thierry Mugler Angel, 3.4oz, Eau de Perfum unwittingly through Walmart's website. My wife has been using the same perfume for 10+ years and the one sent by Fragrance Express was clearly different by color and smell. We approached Walmart with our concerns and they instructed us to contact the merchant (first time we realized it was sold by third party). Merchant sent us back to Walmart and Walmart again back to merchant. Then I spoke on the phone with merchant and he agreed to send a return label. Three days after he received the package back I asked when he will process the refund. Again he sent me back to Walmart for the refund. I asked if he informed Walmart about the receipt of the return, but merchant did not answer. At this point I am not willing to play their merry-go-round game and simply disputed the amount with my CC company.

Ma première commande pour ce même article c était très bien passée il y a quelque mois je m étonnait des commentaires négatifs a l encontre de ce site maintenant je comprend mieux hélas !!!

I ordered Image face cream from Fragrance Express through the Fruugo website. I have used this cream many times before. The product I received is FAKE. It has a completely different texture and smell. I will not use it on my face for fear of reaction. I will never buy from them again. BUYER BEWARE!!! UPDATE: In fairness to Fruugo they contacted the Fragrance Express and arranged a refund for me.

DON’T EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! @fragranceexpress.com. They sell fake products! I’ve been wearing the same perfume for a decade and I ordered from them because they popped up on google express. When I opened the bottle and sprayed it, it smelled like rubbing alcohol with some scent added to it. Who would sell fake perfumes??? This is a horrible seller! I googled reviews and got here. I wish I researched further before purchasing. Lesson learned the hard way!! I sure hope no one else becomes a victim of this seller!
