Bait and switch fragrances and very unprofessional ... Ordered one fragrance got another then had to fight to get a full refund ... Most calls and emails get ignored ...

Basically a scam. PLease stay away from this website. They advisertise wrong items so you buy them but you will be receiving different stuff. They have very bad business practices and besides that they will just ignore you when you contact them. Stay away from them and save some headaches. DISGUSTING BUSINESS

I ordered Image Skincare Daily Moisturizer SPF 50 in the 6 oz. size. The product was advertised on Fragranceexpress at 6 ounces. I received a 3.2 oz size. This is false advertising and misrepresentation

I ordered a product from the Netherlands that should be delivered between 28 january - 4 february but i am still waiting. The site from fragranceexpress for the tracking code is unreacheble and it seems like i have lost my money. The tracking code is FEDISTFL1400208013 Who can tell me what to do?

Did not receive item I ordered, item was similar but not as depicted or described on web site. Waiting to hear back from seller and return then hopefully receive what I ordered.

Fake fragrance I was happy when i saw the price of the fragrance i wanted for so long and then decided to order. Package arrived on time but i was disappointed to receive a fake perfume. Even the font on the box had incorrect spelling which was another give away........... Disappointed and angry

Shipment arrived damaged With container shattered; unusuable. No response to emails about the order, and other way of contacting the store is listed on the website.

I did like fragrance so sent email but never received a reply. Very disappointed.
