I have been trying to reach out via email for several days regarding a package that I never received. No response.

I ordered some cologne from this company and it's been months n I havent still received my order. They dont answer my emails or pick up the phone. I will never order from this company. I dont recommend this website at all. You are better off ordering from another company. N they have a Google number that they never answered. This company is a scam.

Ordered from them and they cancelled my order due to "unforeseen circumstances" but the product was still in stock and after reaching out to customer service, so they could fix the error on their end they did not want to help...

Potential scam website. Ordered a item and inputted my credit card information and the order was cancelled a couple hours later. Wouldn't trust this website

Worst customer service and worst delivery . It’s been 1 month I ordered, still haven’t got the products

Had express shipping and it’s been week and a half still no perfume. I tracked it it came from NJ to WI by my house and then next day was shipped back to NJ.

it's Christmas Eve I ordered a bottle of perfume 8 days ago pay $10 for express shipping in 2 to 3 days 8 Days Later on Christmas Eve it is still not here the least they could have done is told me so I can go and try and find something else paying extra for quicker delivery is a joke with this company not even an email saying we can't make it by Christmas the delivery I understand the circumstances but at least an email so I can buy something else will never order from this company again

My perfume arrived broken. The liquid spilled all over the box. I've emailed you since the day I received it on October 22nd, and no one has answered me yet! I want my money back
