The package not livered at my address.

Never received my item

not only was it late, you sent wrong cologne . Tried to call company and phone disconnected. how do I return to get what I ordered or my moneyback???

I recieved the incorrect item and the chat line was of no help to me it took hrs for them to respond. I thought a chat line is immediately. Tried again afew days and still no result.

I placed an order in January 2023 and FragranceBaba sent me a perfume that expired in August 2022. The website is not returning my emails requesting a refund/replacement. I recommend shopping with a more reputable site.

They claim to ship items in 4-6 days, this took over 3 weeks and they sent the wrong item, way passed Christmas and they sent a completely different item. I have emailed and called numerous times and have gotten no response, also, tried their online chat and no response

Haven't received the order.

The item I ordered was a 2 piece set. I received a single bottle. I called Walmart and was told your company was notified and I would hear within days it is well over a week and I only received this survey.
