Fragomen’s petition preparation process appears to lack effective quality control, resulting in significantly longer-than-average preparation times without a corresponding improvement in quality. Based on my personal experience, the process has raised serious concerns about reliability, responsiveness, and attention to detail. As a result, I would not recommend Fragomen to others seeking legal services.

When relocating from the UK to Canada, we hired Fragomen to handle my wife's spousal immigration. I was proactive — I reached out two full months before my move. They didn't even begin onboarding us until a month after I'd already arrived in Canada. Then spent another month processing documents at a terribly slow pace. The result? Quebec hit its immigration quota while we were waiting on them. We missed the submission window by a margin that was entirely their fault, and had to wait a full year to try again. So we did. Same story. Two months of advance notice. Weeks of silence. Emails ignored. No timeline. No updates. No urgency. Immigration determines where families can live together. If you're considering Fragomen, ask yourself whether you can afford to lose a year if they drop the ball. We couldn't. They did anyway.

I rarely leave bad reviews online - but dealing with Fragomen has been such a headache and so time consuming that I feel like i have to share my experience. I am in a green card process with them through my employer and Fragomen has been the most unprofessional firm I ever had to work with. So far it has taken them 6 months to file a petition for me - a process that they mentioned should take 3 weeks at most. But its not just the significant delay - they have been asking numerous duplicate requests for information (which I had all provided right in the beginning) and several document revisions that are contradictory (e.g. switching employment dates back and forth). So far the filing has not happened and I would be surprised if they get the petition right. I can only advise you against working with this firm - they are not the right choice for anything visa or immigration related.

Multiple points of contact and very beaurcratic. Takes at least three days to get a response and even when response is received.
Zest
With Fragomen France, they sold 'negotiation through their priviledged access to authorities'. They received exactly zero responses through their 'priviledged' access. I did it faster and better in the end with chatGPT? Waste of money!

Is always a problem with them, they don't give enough information on the processes and the companies always have problems with their constant employees rotation.
Devs
Fragomen have no idea of the new immigration system based on digital evisa. I had to repeatedly follow up and they kept saying one or the other and after taking the payment from the company they refused to help saying ukvi wont talk to them and they still charged the company for consultation. Br careful with london based atleast.
