Don't spend your money here because if something goes wrong with your order - they do not care. There are so many other good, trustworthy discounters with higher product standards and customer service. First of all, Fragman's sample vials are garbage - none of them work properly, the atomizers are god awful, however I told them one of the vials in particular that they sent me was broken, wouldn't spray at all, they asked for proof so I happily sent them a video of it clearly not spraying, to which they replied "Just spray /push down harder and hopefully it'll eventually work". Seriously, that's what they told me. I paid for a sprayable fragrance and did not receive one. This is not how a professional or respectable business trying to build reputation or a loyal customer base would handle this situation. To make things even more laughable, the fragrance I received was a whopping $4, one of the cheapest ones in my order. I will never spend another penny at this place and I will continue to spread this information to the fragrance community so that no one else wastes their hard earned money on fragrance they can't use as advertised.
