Product is not what is sent. Disappointed
Sadly I will never shop here again or recommend. I ordered what I thought was 3 small collectors fragrance from Billie Elish for my daughters birthday. I received 3 small black bottles with company logo. None are labeled with fragrance the point was for her to have a choice we have no clue which scent is what. Very disappointed. Her birthday is in 2 days and now I am in search of replacement. Very poor advertising.

Hi Francis, I’m so sorry for the disappointment with your order, especially with your daughter’s birthday coming up. Our travel sprays are authentic fragrances that we decant into our own vials — they don’t come in the original collector bottles. Each should have a label on the bottom identifying the scent, but it sounds like that may have been missed on your order, which is our mistake. We’ve since improved both our advertising clarity and fulfillment process so this won’t happen again.
