Getting charged a i ternational fee for a company in America is wild

The ordering process went well but the package still hasn't been delivered. The tracking shows I will receive the order on the 30th. Thats 15 days after I ordered it. And the shipping will have only been 8 of those days. 7 days for a order that is in stock to be packed and dropped off is a long time...

I was very disappointed in the delivery time. At checkout it mentioned 2 business day delivery. I ordered on Feb. 28 and received items on or about Mar. 6th. Longer than 2 business days.

It’s very limey and fresh but kinda sour, smells like a bar of soap on the dry down it’s a very chill at home fragrance or gym but it’s kinda expensive for the simplistic lime bar soap smell.

While the prices and packages are fantastic, thier ability to send things out in a timely manner is something else. I’ve had a package with a label created for almost 3 days and it has not been dropped off to be sent. I ordered on a Saturday. It is now Wednesday. Label is still there. It has not been dropped off to FedEx. My second issue is I was awarded a $20 gift card when it was fragranceby.ca and was assured that it would be transferable to them. I have tried time and time again to use it with no success. They sent it to me because they were so late in shipping something to me and now I can’t even use it at all. I love their prices and their selection, but to me they did not keep their word with the gift card and holding my package for days on end before sending it out to me is inexcusable.

The perfume had no scent so I had to return it I will probably only get a portion of the return since I sprayed it on my wrist to tell if it was genuine or not

Almost everything on the site is upcharged by fifteen dollars. There's not much reason to shop here over Jomashop when everything is fifteen dollars more expensive than Jomashop. Jomashop is already not great

Shipping was to long
