I hope The products are still authentic..
I used to love Fragrancebuy/Fragflex and now I barely like fragflex..Because recently when I buy any full bottle perfume from fragflex for some reason it doesn't smell like the sample.. I hope they still sell authentic products...the the only complaint I have... But the service is still good.

Overall good but i paid for 3 day…
Overall good but i paid for 3 day shipping and it took about 10 days to get to the post office.

Shipping and delivery service needs improvement for a good customer experience
The good news is that fragrance seems to be ok. The price was good. So, I appreciate these things. This is where my experience went bad: shipping and delivery. My fragrance was left, not at my front door where all other deliveries are made but beside my garage in the hot South Florida sun. I received no notification that it had been delivered and only discovered the box the next day as I was leaving. It had rained overnight and the box was soaked. because it was late morning when I saw it was again cooking in the South Florida heat. I had to let it sit for a couple of days in the AC to come to room temperature. The shipping and delivery experience was not good. At least send a notification email when it's delivered so I can go look for it. Better yet, use a carrier that delivers to the front door like all my other carriers do. At least it's somewhat protected from the elements and porch pirates that way.

Good prices Slow Shipping
I liked the good prices and authentic fragrances. I wasn’t impressed with the lack of urgency to ship and get my items to me. 2 weeks from purchase date to delivery is too long and makes me want to order from a different company that shows initiative in getting purchased items in the mail as soon as possible.

Bottle 3 perfume 1.
I gave 3 stars because of the glass bottle, otherwise it would have been 1. The perfume was not good. It lasts about 30 minutes if that what kind of oils did you use cooking oil because I don't understand how poorly that was made. Smelled like dull orange rind. No sweetness or freshness to remind you of the original.

Long shipping time
Shipping took a week. Shipping label was created on day 1 but seen no movement until 4 days later. They say its a carrier issue but it seems like they print a shipping label before they even fulfill the order.
