Shipping is terrible, cant get any info on package, horrible experience

Order #38268 I have been attempting to reach you by opening a ticket, sending emails to no avail. My package was damaged in Buffalo NY 5 hrs from house and never arrived . Was ordered on the 11/13/25 supposed to be here 11/30/25 its now 12/4/25 and Im just in limbo and really upset. The communication is terrible. If you just look up my order and see the tracking, you will know what happened. I feel you should Overnight this item ASAP. Fed ex destroyed my package !

My husband ordered 6 bottles of me and my mom’s favorite perfume, Luscious Pink. We opened 3 bottles and stopped. The 3 we opened were bad. All 3 smell like vinegar. Completely unusable. They refuse to accept a return. We are out over $300. Do not buy from this company. They say if you deem their product not authentic they will issue a refund. What we received is in no way authentic.

I purchased 5 fragrances and one of which arrived broken. It has been an absolute nightmare to get it solved and I feel like the solution provide is unfair to me, despite me purchasing the shipping protection! They offered that I either return it for “free” or keep it and they refund $13 (item was $31 plus tax). Both options are horrible because $13 is nothing for a broken fragrance and the free return offers no solution as me repurchasing it costs ~$10 shipping, it’s actually a disadvantage if anything! The absolute last time I deal with them!! Update: They never got back to my emails until I wrote this review, they answered the very same day!! Also, I returned the fragrance 3 weeks ago and never got refunded. Emailed them twice in the past week and they never got back! I wouldn’t say they’re scammers or anything, just extremely unprofessional and a hassle to deal with!! I highly recommend purchasing from another place, even if it’s more expensive as you would avoid this headache!

My experience with FragFlex has been completely unacceptable. I ordered YSL Tuxedo, the original fragrance, and they sent me a completely different product: “YSL Tuxedo – Sharp Patchouli.” This was not what I ordered, and the product listing did not make it clear that it was anything other than the original. When I notified them of the mistake, they told me they could not do anything because the item had already shipped, even though the error was on their end. I asked for return instructions and even agreed to let them deduct the cost from my refund. They took more than a week just to send a return label, despite their own policy stating that returns must be initiated within a week. I returned the item immediately, and USPS has confirmed that FragFlex received it weeks ago. Since then, they have completely ignored my emails. I have not received a refund, a status update, or any acknowledgment at all from their customer service. Their lack of communication and refusal to take responsibility for their own mistake shows extremely poor management and disregard for customers. Fragrancebuy has always been a reliable company for me, but FragFlex, despite being associated with them, has shown none of the same standards. Based on my experience, FragFlex failed to deliver the correct product, delayed the return process, and has withheld both communication and my refund. Consumers deserve better than this.

i ordered dior sauvage and i never got it so they made me fill out a form which i did twice and we emailed multiple times asking questions so i waited for almost 2 weeks to see if ill get anything but i never did, then they asked me to file a police report which was a huge paper to fill out, so at that point i just gave up because i wasn’t going to get my package anyways after since they wrote in the email that they’re still investigating, i wouldn’t be ordering again from here they don’t know how to solve issues fast enough

My green Irish tweed wasn't authentic. I brought it to Macy's and it wasn't even close
