I received a broken item and he e tried to get refunded but no one has contacted me about it

I ordered Pana Dora Forever Love from Frag Flex and received my bottle cap broken with both antlers broken off. One of the main factors a lot of people purchase Pana Dora is for the beautiful cap. I had purchased the shipping insurance on my bottle so I emailed Frag Flex support about the issue and all they would be willing to do is give me $20 in store credit as they said it was only aesthetic issue.

Disappointed. Poor customer service. I reported issue and no one had the curtesy of responding. Will not buy from you ever again.

The cologne that I purchased is fake. I do not like the smell of it and I would like a full refund. Also, this cologne does not meet my expectation and it should've been the limit edition.

I received a shipment when I opened it I notice it was the wrong I purchased right there and then I took pictures and emailed them 3 days later I get a email from them asking me for more pictures pictures of the box they came in the scanned code from the box the label from the box ok now who keeps the shipping boxes well something told me to keep it so I send them all those pictures I emailed them the next day with can you please update me on this problem nothing I emailed them the days after that again nothing from them I emailed them a 3rd day in a row letting them know if I didn’t receive anything by the end of the day I was going to start and letting people know how the customer service you have and how you treat your customers now every email was sent at 9 am giving them time to respond back well as you can see I’m posting this and STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE!!!!!!!
