I ordered a full bottle of Dior Poison Girl in December 2025 and discovered from checking the batch code that it was over 9 years old. I emailed customer service right away to request a full refund. Several days later, I received a response asking me to submit photos of the box and bottle showing the batch code and fill line which I did immediately. A week went by without a reply despite several more emails that I sent to get a return label. After 10 days and multiple unanswered emails, I was finally issued a refund less $12 for shipping. Interesting that when I received the email confirming the refund, I was provided a code for $15 off and a request to consider removing a negative review that I posted here. I will not do business with them again.

The cologne I purchased smells like bug spray very dissatisfied customer ,I would like a refund

Idk what’s up with FragFlex , I MISS! Fragrancebuy.ca lol, but I received a leaking broken fragrance that I spent 160 usd on and I get it things happen in transit but when I try contacting customer service it took too long for a response.

Fragrance came banged up, that isn't the biggest issue as these things can happen, it's the lack of response from the company when you reach out to report an issue. Just in January I purchased 7 fragrances and I've purchased many, many more over the last couple years. I guess you're value is quickly realized when you receive a product with an issue. Hay disappointed

This was first time I ordered from here and they dropped my package to wrong address! I've been trying to get support from them will see what they'll do.

I received a broken bottle and reached out to support. I was given two options and requested they assist me in the return process for a full refund. Instead of helping me with my request, they completely ignored it and gave me the other option of $20 credit and left it there, after I explicitly requested to go down the return route.

I've been trying to return it and sent several emails with no reply. Please send me an RMA
