Shipment was short of one cologne which was the 212 Men I reached out to the company they have not done anything thus far.

It's not authentic products and if I wanted to buy dupe fragrances I would use a dupe company!!!

It’s not what we expected, the fragrance was not the one we wanted. The value for the size was outrageous

I received their package and nothing was in the box. So all they could say is that Fed Ex must have opened the box and stole the merchandise. They won't send me another item until I jump through a bunch of hoops.

Terrible customer service and bad return policy. They will not let you return it! Suspicious fragrances! Do not buy, look like scam website

If I could give a 0 I would. I placed an order to be specific I ordered Bond No 9 Jade, I received my order 5 days later. Once I opened the package the first thing i noticed was that the batch code on the bottom was completely off ( not the same as my original bond9 which I have about 10 right now) the batch code shows invalid once I check it. Then I sprayed a little on my wrist to test it and OMFG it smelled like Indian incense 🤮(mind you I have the original so I know the difference). I requested to return due to authenticity which they did agree to accept my return however they now stated I have to wait 3-4 weeks to receive my refund. And I am still waiting on my refund. This is a horrible company.

I still have not received it??? Have not received any emails so no not happy

Ordered one item got shipped the wrong item of course the item is now not in stock got a crappy partial refund to keep some crap i didnt order will never buy from again.
