I really like the product line they have. I ordered from them and was unhappy to have been shorted one item. It took a real effort to finally get across to them that I wanted to be compensated. I have now been given a refund which pleases me. I will continue to use the company. FragranceNet.com is the company name. They have an award system also. I am a new customer and have not proceeded that far. I will continue to order from them.
