Everything about the company is excellent. This is my fourth print and I have used Fracture on my most sentimental jpeg photos. My four star rating is no reflection on the company, but the jpeg size of the print.
If the print is too small it will limit the maximum size of the Fracture product. They will not print a low quality picture

Hand and fingerprints on my photos
The three photos I submitted for printing turned out really good. Two of the photos were printed at full size and the last was printed slightly smaller. When I was exploring the Fracture website prior to ordering I noticed some of their photos depicted employees handling the photos with their bare hands and fingers. When my photos arrived I noticed all three of them have finger and handprints. I was really hoping that the employees used cotton finger cots or gloves to handle the prints, but apparently they do not. I would have given Fracture a five star rating had my photos arrived free of hand and fingerprints.

Beautiful and Quality Prints, But With Some Frustrations In The Process
My first version of this review for FractureMe was very poor because I received no replies to support questions after submitting once per week for 7 weeks. Problems were encountered when I changed photos to portrait. Photos self-duplicating in my account was another problem. I also had a lot of problems to get the order to process at checkout.
I sent a final support e-mail explaining how they lost me as a customer. Miraculously, I received a reply telling me that my questions, including that one, were sent to their spam box. (So, then why did they find this one?)
The reply was polite, helpful and explained my questions well.
About The Process & Photos:
I didn't use their many editing tools because I have Photoshop. But I did change their default print shape. That caused technical problems. Using a phone instead of the computer solved that in a long kind of way. Other than that, setting up a photo to send for printing is quite easy and intuitive.
The way FractureMe prints on glass is different than some others that I've experienced. Fracture prints on the back of the glass, then sprays a thick coating of white over it. Next, the print is mounted on heavy paperboard with a key hole slot for a hanging screw. (More on hanging options later)
Printing on the back of the glass means that one can clean the front of the photo without risk of damaging the ink. The white that is applied behind the ink makes the colors true and opaque.
The glass itself is cut perfectly to shape and the edges are well polished. It's also thicker glass than some competitors. (Quite heavy, actually) The glass is optically clear and perfectly flat for no waves or distortion.
The photos were packaged in a box that apparently was sized for this shape and quantity of prints. It's nice that each print is placed in a thick holder of a sort to protect it while stacked in the mailing box. They arrived unharmed. It was one day between ordering and mailing. Another 2 days for delivery.
The photos can be mounted with the key hole slot and a screw, or they can be mounted with a pair of 3M Command type strips. I'd recommend the ones that have the dots that clip together for more security.
Also available are metal stands for standing the prints on a desk. They cost about 4 or 5 USD each. I wasn't thrilled that the inside of the lip into which the print fits isn't padded. The glass can scratch and the print easily slides sideways. A strip of felt and two-way tape solved that quickly.
Regarding glossy glass prints:
Colors are deep and rich. The blacks are very, very black. The whites are brilliant. The blues, reds and other "heavy" colors are rich and luxurious. I was impressed. There is zero pixelation. None.
The photos printed exactly as submitted with no color changing, not softening, no extra cropping. What you send it what you will get. (They will warn you if the size you select won't make a good photo.)
For the price, you will get an excellent print that is shipped quickly and safely.
The only reasons that I nuked a star are the shape selection problems, the support reply problems and some problems getting the order to go through. Add in the desk stand sharp metal, but that was solved in a minute.
If you don't mind some frustration, you will get a superior print and a good price.
I will order again from Fracture. (Which is kind of a genius name for a company that makes something that can fracture.)

"THE ROCK"
Exactly what I expected. A beautiful afternoon at App State Stadium, beautiful golden/wine red/yellow and evergreens surrounding "The Rock"! I will add a caveat, the actual picture is much more distinct than the reproduced Fracture print. The colors are off and a touch of "blur" is caused by this "copy" of the original.
As one reviewer said the format for phone pictures and reproduction of photos sent is of a different format. That is the issue!

The glass picture is beautiful
The glass picture is beautiful. The quality of work is excellent. However when I received my glass picture as a gift it came with a wooden block for hanging. The one I ordered and just received is larger than the one I got as a gift yet it did not come with the wooden block. How disappointing. I can’t imagine hanging this large glass photo on the small plastic hanger that’s on the back.

Beautiful product
Beautiful product, definitely go with matte finish, fast turn around. A bit costly even with 15% off, and wish command strips are included instead of the screw, perhaps both.
