I was under the impression that the photo would be printed on the glass not just glued to the back of the glass. I was disappointed.

I recently purchased a larger photo on the regular glass. Shortly thereafter I decided it looked kind of lonely, so I decided to purchase another three small prints to go with the first. I was sent an offer for free matte glass, which I figured would be like glass you purchase for a shadow box or something…unfortunately, it totally made my photos look digitized. Though I was thoroughly elated with the original photo, the additional ones on matte glass are not good looking at all, especially since they are black and white. If you are wanting a super high definition finish on a black and white photo, go with the non-matte glass, and tolerate a little glare. Otherwise the quality of these products are great, I especially enjoy the built in hanger and hole location template for the group photos.

I ordered an 8 x 10 on glass for a side by side comparison of glass vs metal. I sent your company and a competitor the same photo. Your company received my order (#679498) produced the print and had it to me in 4 business days. Fantastic! The photo as printed lacks contrast, and the colors are notably different from the photo I sent. It has been made clear to me that cell phones take photos in the "RGB" format and digital printing is usually done in the "CMYK" format. All that said and done, my final concern is price. The quality of the final product does not justify the price. Therefore the large print(s) that I intend to have done will not be done on glass by your company. Good luck and I wish you success.

I thought the picture was a little blurry, they are also pretty spendy for what you get honestly. Came fast shipping will give them that. I would probably order another one and try again sometime.

I received my order yesterday and overall the product looked good. The photo quality was good and the feel of the product was good quality. The issue was that appx 2inches was cut from the top and the bottom of the photo I sent. Is there anyway you can correct this as I like the product. Thank you.

Picture was great. Just as I expected, BUT, I dropped it while trying to hang it. Unfortunately I don't think it can be repaired.

The picture looks good, unable to purchase larger piece. Largest disappointment is it has provisions for only one anchor; allowing movement & becoming crooked

3 of the 4 prints I had made were very good but the black and white print is slightly blurry and not clear. Before purchasing the website did not indicate it would not be good quality nor did the preview picture of it look dull and blurry.
