The product was not what i was expecting and the color didn't match. Also didn't fill the order as expected i paid for a table stand and didn't get that or a well printed item. I want my money back

The picture quality was terrible. The colors are all blurry. Pictures looked better on my cell phone than on the fracture prints. Emailed the company to make this right. Have not heard a word. Very very disappointed especially with how expensive they are. Will never ever use the company again. Terrible customer service.

Only one order was delivered and they claim both were delivered. I emailed TWICE and they chose to ignore me.

Just open the box and our faces look purple. I would have never done this, spent this amount of money on something that looks like it was printed in one of those instant print machines. So disappointing

Honestly I’m very dissatisfied with the print I received on matte glass. The resolution is fine but the image is dark and the product looks cheap. It doesn’t even look as good as a print from Walmart’s self print station.

Hype and Marketing is perfect! Quality is lacking all around edges of glass. There are blank areas is several spots. Very disappointed in quality and service.
