Prints were sharp and filled the frame, when I had a problem with an earlier print, not fitting the available size, we worked out a solution and the print was redone at no cost. Extremely happy with customer support.

My first order on glass. Thought I'd try something different. Ordered 3 pictures: 20x16, 12x12, and 6x9. Very happy with the results. Will order again I'm sure.

The quality of the glass print is superb. Pictures are edge to edge, and create a borderless view of the content, which is what us photographers are after — nothing to distract from the image we captured. And hangers on the back — bonus!!!

I ordered a picture from Fracture of a bronze statue that has a very personal meaning to my wife and me. I have never done this before and after I sent the digital photo to Fracture I realized it would look better if I could make it brighter and lighter. So, within a few hours of placing the order, I sent another photo with an explanation that I wanted to use that photo. Within a very short time I got an email from Ellie who told me no problem to switch the photos. I was so appreciative of how responsive and helpful she was and now I will get the picture the way I want it. And she pointed out that if I was not satisfied they would redo it. A terrific experience and kudos to Ellie.We got the picture in time for xmas and it was better than we could have imagined. Very pleased for sure.
