Very nice company to deal with. They even gave me a better discount cause I used the wrong code. I bought a no frame and that was the right way to go. I also purchased the matt finish to reduce glare. It is glass after all. I either did not get the matt or it does not reduce the glare enough. It is hard to find a spot to admire the pic.

I have bought several small Fracture photos which I loved. Unfortunately, this particular one the colors seemed faded. I am thinking about not giving this one as a gift.

I generally liked the look of the fracture picture. Overall sharpness is good and colors are vibrant. I felt like my picture turned out a bit overexposed and lower contrast than the image file I submitted which in my mind was a detriment to image quality. I also think it would be nice to have aspect ratio options other than square and 4:3. Overall I would consider another fracture print, but I would prepare the image file differently.

Downloading the images I wanted printed was easy. The turn around time was pretty fast and the quality of the prints, the packaging and the set up for hanging was all very well done. I would have purchased more, but the resolution for some of my photos was too high and created files that were too large. That was a great disappointment.

The photos look great, but the frames on the other hand really don’t look up to par for me. But like I said, the picture are great and that’s all that really matters.

Service was quick and painless. The product is wonderful! The only reason I hold back one star is that I would like for Fracture to offer some framing/mounting alternatives. In the wrong light, when I hang my print, it looks a little like I simply taped a picture to the wall (in better light, you can see it stand out from the wall a little). Perhaps some "feet" behind the print to hold it out from the wall, or a piece of wood behind it that it can be mounted on, etc?? Consider this as an additional possibility. I do love the product and will be back for more.

I bought 2 10x14 fractured pictures with the frames. The fracture pictures arrived perfectly, but one of the frames was badly chipped. Right away I notified them via email and it took them 5 days to respond back to me. They don’t give you an option to call them so the only way to contact them is through email. They did offer to send me out a replacement frame at no cost to me but the length of time it took for them to get back to me is lengthy. Great quality of the pictures!
