The picture was lovely! I selected landscape and I would have thought the hole for hanging would have been at the top of the picture. Instead, it was on the right side of the photo.

Overall I'm happy with the quality of the print. The resolution is good and the print quality is great. My only complaint is the sizing of the prints. They are an odd size and don't fit the standard print sizes of 8x10, 11x14, etc. The automatic cropping applied cuts off a lot of your picture which may be of importance. I would have ordered more but the images I wanted to use had unacceptable cropping on either side so I couldn't use them.

The picture is clear with great contrast. It came well packaged. I agree with others that it is priced pretty high.

Picture looks great, got two 6x5, one as a gift. Would have liked the larger size but the price it too high. I was worried about the cropping & the contrast with the snow in the image. It all looks great. Would purchase more and larger but the price makes it prohibited. Shipping to Canada was expensive with a further charge on receiving because it was shipped to me by Canada Post. Possibly using FedEX or another it could be less expensive.

The Photo Print turned out great. One problem, the holes in the back are in the wrong location.. Either my dragonfly is upside down, or hanging sideways. I was thinking that since my photo was oriented with the head up, it would be obvious where to cut the hanging slots.

The first picture that I received came with the incorrect crop. I reached out to Fracture and although it took some time to get a response once we connected, Fracture fixed the issue and sent me a new picture that met my expectations. I am now very satisfied with the end product, it looks beautiful on my wall. Thank you for taking care of this, Fracture team!

The glass prints look great and came quickly! The backing is made of a soft, cardboard-like material, however. The slot that accepts the supplied screws for hanging easily tears out, as it is made of such flimsy material. I was really disappointed that for the price, the prints did not come with a more durable backing/hanging system.

Nice item, happy with the quality! I do feel the product is overpriced and should be available for much less. I would be more apt to purchase more photos if they were not so expensive. Honestly feel they should be half the price for what you actually get. I received one for a gift and needed to purchase a second to place adjacent to the first , so spent the money but won’t get more unless the cost is significantly less.
