My print was not as clear as the one I uploaded. Seemed blurry. I bought for a gift for a family member. Now not sure about giving it.

I bought my second Fracture picture for a gift for my daughter and when she opened it, it was blurry! She was disappointed as was I. During the ordering process, the first size I selected gave me a notice saying I needed to pic a smaller size, so I did, I didnt get any additional messages or warnings that the size I chose would be blurry. Not sure why or how to correct this. My first Fracture order was perfect.

The website made ordering very easy and the shipment arrived quickly and in a well protected box. Wish the picture on the glass was a clearer image like I downloaded and sent in…dang. I was thinking the picture would really pop since it was of a glacier blue iceberg which is an unreal color. The blue is OK but not dynamic.

The print is not in focus.

I am not sure you really want to know. I sent one photo to try you out. it was a photo of a dock on a lake with mist on the water. In the mist is a swan which is clearly visible on the photo. However it is not visible in your glass version. also when trying to sign up for your service and add photos to your internal file I had a great deal of trouble accomplishing either and was never able to send the photo I wanted to send. I emailed your customer service and said I could not get past the instructions as they didn't seem to work . The response was essentially that you have no way of helping except to tell me to use the online instructions which were opaque to me. In other words it was tough luck buddy, we can't help. I don't think I can use you again ,

My wife ordered a picture from you and when it was received it had been altered without permission. When she contacted the company to get an explanation and hopefully a correction she was ignored. We will not be ordering from you again!

Not impressed. My high resolution picture turned out blurry and low quality. The colors are over saturated. The blurriness may have been due to the large size I ordered but I’d would have preferred to have gotten notified that the image may turn out at a lower resolution or something first.

a nice print but there is no way to tell that it is printed on glass because of the glued backing. could just as well be a paper print glued in.
