I have done a lot of business with this company and recently, to show appreciation (or not), they sent me a 35% off coupon....Great!! Until is wasn't...They have a 115 dollar minimum for free shipping with this offer...So if you want to do a large rectangle print without the offer it comes out to 129 dollars with tax and free shipping..If you want to use the coupon the total NOW ADDS 25.00 SHIPPING BECAUSE IT IS BELOW THE 115 DOLLAR MARK. The final price is 109. So, now your actual discount is 16% not 35% as advertised...This should be considered as misleading the public and a compromise in customer trust!! Due to this, what I call trickery, in the future I will evaluate my options. When I experienced this, I sent Fracture an Email and they just treated it as too bad so sad....To add insult to injury, they fraudulently tell you at the end you saved 41.65 when, in fact, you only saved 20.31

Color is very different than the file I sent, very disappointed in the quality of the glass print. Will not be ordering again.

I ordered a frame and a stand, they never sent the stand, I asked for a refund, days later i get an email asking if i wanted the stand shipped or a refund, So I responded again, I want a refund, I am still waiting for it 2 weeks later. They do not seem to be very concerned about customer satisfaction.

Very cheap looking. more like plastic than glass. edges not finished can see where the picture edges meet? not worth the money

I spend HOURS getting everything lined up and set and each time to look at the proofs and if it was done right. Then I received the proofs that you sent. They were WRONG and MISALIGNED and CUT OFF important limbs and information from the plaques I set up. The PROOFS ARE NOT what I received. Your customer service person said that there is nothing you can do!! PLEASE FIX IT and SEND the plaques EXACTLY like the images that YOU SENT as the proof for approval!!

The image quality was poor. I can’t use the print. I very disappointed!
