prima seleziono 4,99 euro di transazione, poi me ne addebitano 20,99 e quindi segnalo lo scam su paypal, quindi loro sono obbligati a ridarmi i soldi e per poi procedere a bloccarmi l account sul sito per attività sospette, siete proprio furbi prima scammate poi vi arrabbiate perché la gente vi segnala e vi frega andate a fare un lavoro serio

The customer service is extremely bad. Because of them I ended up losing $200. Even after accepting that they did not provide recording, they refused to refund. Then did not help me for 40 days regarding my stuck payment. Even when pandablue offered to pay back, stripchat lied that I wanted to just keep tokens. Don't go to this site. They are scammers.

The models here are all about making money, and if you think they are anything else then they are misleading you. Once you stop sending tokens the models forget all about you. And the tokens are expensive, nearly 10 pence each so if you happen to give away 100 tokens in one session that has cost you about £10, and it is very tempting to lose tokens once you start, but the models don't want anything personal at all, unless by tricking you into thinking that they will get more tokens. It is easy to think that the models want a bit more from you, but in fact they are just misleading you into parting with your money. A lot of the time the models are just gazing at their computer screens so there is not always a lot to see. On the plus side, some of the models are very attractive, but it is easy to feel pressured into giving away money, especially if you begin to chat to them.

On October 8, 2026, I had a very disappointing experience with Stripchat. At 4:29 PM (Brazil time), I tried to enter a ticket show that had started just 28 seconds earlier. I clicked the button to pay 16 tokens, but the button simply changed appearance and nothing else happened. The show never opened. I waited almost a minute, then refreshed the page. By 4:31 PM, the performer was already offline, and my balance had dropped from 24 to 8 tokens. I was charged 16 tokens without being able to watch even a single second of the show. I contacted Stripchat support and requested a refund. They refused, claiming they found no misconduct by the performer. I appealed and explicitly explained that I was NOT accusing the performer of misconduct. My complaint was about being charged for access I never received, possibly because of a technical failure. I also explained that I had two screenshots documenting the incident, but their complaint system did not allow attachments. Despite all this, their final response repeated essentially the same argument: they had found no violation by the performer. They never provided a specific explanation of why I was charged without gaining access to the show, or whether my access records had been checked. This is not about the small amount of money. It is about customer support failing to address the actual complaint, even after an appeal. I am sharing this experience so other customers know what can happen when something goes wrong with a paid service on Stripchat.

My creator account was permanently banned due to a false-positive automated flag during a brief camera glitch. There was absolutely NO policy violation or minor involved, and I am ready to submit Govt ID/KYC verification. Support closed my ticket with a generic template reply without having a human compliance officer review the actual broadcast logs or video archives. Holding creator funds and refusing a manual review is completely unfair. Requesting senior management to manually audit my case and resolve this.
