Hello, I am writing to all business owners do not do business with this company. Before getting a loan from them, read the contract very well with a lawyer. And to save your business, please do not do business with them. It was an absolutely horrible experience. A nightmare that you cannot wake up from. When they signed the loan, they will be very professional and say everything you wanna hear. At the end of the day it is not loan.

Fox Lending is a fraud
Fox Lending is a fraud. Audit your contracts asap. They have over 200 lawsuits in Florida..same county. They lie and say they have a UCC1 when they know they are in 3rd and 4th position from Stacking. You won't win the lawsuit. 200 cases currently. Lying about the UCC1 is a felony...even in Florida. Stay away...far away. Their attorneys: Liebermann and L....the worse

The worst lender I've ever worked with…
The worst lender I've ever worked with in all my years in business. I requested a payoff letter and they cursed me out over the phone rejecting my request. Please stay far away from these people
I took funding from Fox Business Funding in June 2025. What followed has been a nightmare of predatory practices, legal violations, and complete disregard for their own contract terms.
THE BAIT AND SWITCH CONTRACT:
I signed a merchant cash advance agreement for Living Drive Inc. What I didn’t fully realize until it was too late was that buried in “Exhibit C” they had included my completely separate company, AUMOR Inc, as additional collateral. AUMOR Inc received ZERO dollars from this funding. Living Drive Inc got the money, but Fox helped themselves to a “blanket security interest” in another business entirely. This was never clearly explained by their sales team.
THEY IGNORE LEGAL REQUESTS:
When my business revenue dropped due to the government shutdown (my company serves government contractors), I did exactly what the contract allows - I requested a reconciliation of payments based on actual business receipts, as permitted under Section 2(b) of their own agreement. The contract clearly states payments should be based on a percentage (9.99%) of actual receipts.
I also sent a formal debt validation request as is my right under federal law (FDCPA). They are legally required to respond and cease collection activity until they validate the debt.
Their response? Complete silence. No payment history. No reconciliation calculation. Nothing.
THEN THEY FROZE MY ACCOUNTS:
Instead of responding to my legally required debt validation request, Fox’s attorneys at Lieberman and Klestzick filed UCC liens that FROZE my Square payment processing account.
Let me be clear about what this means: They froze my ability to COLLECT PAYMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS. The very “receipts” they’re contractually entitled to a percentage of - they made it impossible for me to collect them. They are literally sabotaging my business while demanding payment.
FLORIDA COMPANY SUING IN NEW YORK:
Fox Funding is based in Hollywood, Florida. I’m in Wisconsin. Yet their contract forces all disputes to be handled in New York courts. Why? Because New York is notoriously friendly to MCA companies and hostile to merchants. This is a deliberate tactic to make it harder for victims to fight back.
THE MATH DOESN’T WORK:
∙ They gave me $38,000 (after $2,000 in fees from the $40,000 “purchase price”)
∙ They expect to collect $56,800
∙ That’s effectively 49% interest on what was supposedly “not a loan”
∙ Weekly payments of $1,775 regardless of whether my business has revenue
CFPB COMPLAINT FILED:
I have filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (Complaint ID: 260131-28391724) documenting their FDCPA violations and predatory practices.
MY ADVICE TO OTHER BUSINESS OWNERS:
1. READ EVERY EXHIBIT - especially “Exhibit C” where they may include other businesses you own as collateral without making this clear
2. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS - These contracts contain reconciliation provisions that allow payment adjustments based on actual receipts. They don’t want you to know this.
3. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING - When they violate federal debt collection laws, file complaints with the CFPB
4. GET A LAWYER - MCA companies count on small business owners not being able to afford legal help. Many consumer debt attorneys work on contingency.
Fox Business Funding presents themselves as a friendly funding partner. In reality, they are predatory lenders who will freeze your accounts, ignore federal law, and bury provisions in their contracts to seize assets from businesses that never received a dime from them.
Stay far away.

Keep looking for another MCA company
I’ve worked with these guys for two different deals the first deal went all right, but I ended up needing a second short term Loan and I figured that we already had history might as well go with them. They’re then some changes to our business and we had had some issues with our local Department of revenue ie tax warrant and went down to get some quick money to help with a project.
Unfortunately, paying them back has been very painful and they have made it even more painful than necessary by not working with us on payment sizes and consistently changing the payment size back to $3000 a week without any warning and never actually meeting me even close to halfway on my requests
You would think after I had paid them back a large some, and I have always stayed in communication with them. They would be a little bit easier to work with, but they are not.
I would definitely advise you to look for a different company if you’re looking for an MCA as there are plenty of people going to take your money and at least give you communication and a fair shake.

We used Fox Business Funding when we…
We used Fox Business Funding when we had an emergency business expense. The terms they offer are horrible and they absolutely take advantage of people's need. We had to pay $1,085 a week. We paid for 3 weeks and then had to pause for some personal issues. They were initially ok with working on pausing this for us. I could tell they weren't happy with it but they did work with us there. That was our only good experience. This was a loan that was to be paid back over the course of about 30 weeks. After we took care of personal issues, we called for a payoff (we only had the loan for about 5 weeks) and when we asked for a payoff they tried charging us for almost the entirety of the loan (original loan terms were that we borrowed 25k and they wanted us to pay 34k over the course of about 30 weeks). They wanted us to pay $31,500. We had worked with several business funding companies over the years, and we had NEVER had anyone do that. I asked for a phone call (as we had been corresponding via email) and Dave Sneider called us. He was by far the most rude, disrespectful, condescending person I have ever dealt with. He refused to give us any discount but after going around with him he finally offered $2,500 off for a payback total of $29,000. After that call ended, someone name Ozzy called and asked me what happened with Dave Sneider. I went through the call and Ozzy was very apologetic. He offered another $500 off for a payout of $28,500. Mind you, we had the loan for 6 weeks and paid 3 payments of $1,085. Our loan was $25,000 but after fees we only received $23,700. So our 6 week loan costed us approximately $8,000 in interest and fees. I know people talk about shark loans but this company is by far the WORST of the shark loans we have ever dealt with and I won't ever use them or recommend them to anyone.
