What happened to Family Guy? That was my favourite show

I am so dissapointed in Fox studios for canceling the series Called the Cleaning lady I have not in many years watch such a good gripping series and for the series to end in that manner is beyond disappointment there definitely should be a season 5 it cannot end like that. Please reconsider this I plea of you so many people I have spoken to is so in to this series and want this series to have a season 5 Thank you Fox do it for us

Fox one app on TV. Takes forever to load, lots of error messages, freezes, sometimes just sits there for 5 minutes. Deleted and reinstalled. Helped a bit but acts like a beta version with lots of issues. In my free trial period, not sure I will renew with it as is. Newer TV, so it's not that. Disappointing.

The company charges your credit card for a full price subscription and once it's charged they don't refund. You can't remove your credit card without immediately cancelling your subscription so I have to remember to cancel my membership a year later or pay full price for another year. A very nice CSR allowed a one time refund but reminded that it will auto renew and will be non-refundable once it does next year.
