Four Points MarriottReviews of four-points.marriott.com

The staff is perfectly fine and have been helpful. I actually enjoy staying at this hotel, particularly because of its convenient location in relation to the meetings I attend every Thursday. However, unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the rooms are not at an acceptable standard. There are numerous maintenance issues, including broken lamp switches, door handles, flooring, electrical outlets, and light bulbs. In addition, the rooms are not consistently cleaned to a satisfactory standard. As I require accommodation every Thursday due to work, I would very much prefer to continue staying at this hotel because of its location and convenience. However, if these issues cannot be properly addressed and discussed, I will unfortunately have to consider finding alternative accommodation going forward. I hope we can address these concerns constructively and find a satisfactory solution, as I would genuinely prefer to continue staying here.
