I love the look of the fountain but the little dribble I get is a joke. Unlike the video for this product I have absolutely no flow I’m in full sun we are completely level and hardly anything comes down it really does sound like a dribble not a nice fountain I am very disappointed in this purchase hoping the company will help me resolve this but otherwise way too expensive for what you get!

I have reached out to customer service twice and have been met with radio silence. The light works on the fountain but the pump appears to be defective. I need to speak with customer service asap or I will be escalating to the bbb and disputing the charge

Hi Im concerned to hear that you had a bad experience. I looked through my messages and I only see one point of contact which was only 19 hours ago over a Holiday weekend. As a small business owner we take your satisfaction very seriously. We generally take 24 hours to respond. Please not this is our busiest time of the year. I will be reaching out to you as well as the manufacturer to find a solution.

I bought a beautiful fountain but the solar panel stopped working. The customer service is so slow and they sent me to the manufacturer which has t helped at all. Very poor experience.
