I've used the Elite Concierge service…
I've used the Elite Concierge service several times now. I always get Khrystine. She always makes it easy, and helps me with my request. I like to stay at the same W Fort Lauderdale hotel, and this year they limited the room types available when booking. I asked Khrystine if she could get me a Founders Rate on a room type I like, but not offered. She was able to get me a great rate and book the room for me!
