Many of our Members also hold premium credit cards, and typically there is minimal overlap. In many cases, the programs complement one another and allow Members to maximize overall value while accessing exclusive perks not available through their cards alone. We also noticed that only a few benefits were redeemed during your membership, out of 500+ available — many of which can easily offset the annual fee. We understand that the membership may feel more valuable for frequent travelers, but many of our benefits—including status upgrades—are designed to support members who don’t travel as often, where earning the same status on their own would be difficult or nearly impossible. We also partner with hundreds of hotels worldwide, so you can elevate your travel experience. Beyond travel, the membership provides a variety of lifestyle and business perks that can deliver value in both personal and professional settings. We truly appreciate your continued membership since 2021 and the opportunity to work with you directly to resolve your concerns. We’re delighted Amanda was able to connect with you and provide the personalized support you deserve. The NYC hotel mentioned ended up not being one of our partner properties; however, for a different hotel in Barcelona, we were able to find one week where our rates were more competitive than public, and another week where the rates weren't loaded correctly. We've already been in touch with the property to investigate this. We’ll continue working closely with you to ensure you experience the tremendous value of our hotel program, and we can’t wait to turn your experience around.
