Unless you spend a lot and top tourist locations, it may not be worth it
The first two years, I found some really good deals through the Founders Card and it completely paid for itself. I still get deals now but they are not substantial enough to cover the cost of the membership. 15% off a $700 a night room when I can get a comparable hotel at $300 a night is not really a good deal in the long run. And some promotions are a bit misleading, saying 'up to 30%' is fine but the reality is more like a 5% discount. The website is relatively easy to use once you figure it out and customer service has always been responsive and helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback. We're glad to hear you've had positive experiences with our customer service and that your membership delivered strong value during your first few years. We appreciate your comments regarding hotel pricing and promotional savings. While our exclusive rates and offers can provide meaningful value, we understand they won't always be the best option for every itinerary, and actual savings can vary by offer. Savings also vary based on factors such as the route, travel dates, fare class, and availability, which is why offers may be advertised as "up to" a certain percentage. Our goal is always to provide transparent information and set accurate expectations for our members. We've also reached out to you directly to learn more about your experience and see how we can help you get the most out of your membership. Thank you again for your feedback—we truly appreciate it.
