this is a scam company sent me a pirated and poorly made box set, it was a joke they had filmed it off of sky some off of old videos, with repeated episodes and many episodes missing, blurred, no sound, or out of line with the sound, considering how advanced technology is now, you would have thought they could have done a half decent copy of it, they ignore my emails for a refund so don't bother with them

I ordered the House of Fools DVDs and had to chase them up as it took ages to arrive. When it eventually did it was obvious that both discs as well as the cover were copies. Disc one wasn’t too bad just a couple of fuzzy bits but the last two episodes on disc 2 won’t play at all. I’ve written to them but as yet despite their ‘within 24 hour reply promise’ they have yet to respond.

Bought what I thought was a used box set of the Shooting Stars series on DVD costing £23 plus postage. Got a bit concerned when despatch had been confirmed on the 18/11 by Royal Mail First Class Post but nothing had been received a week later. It was then that I read the negative reviews and thought I had been caught up in a scam. Surprisingly the dvds turned up yesterday, 27/11 but disappointed to find they were copies. Whilst they play okay the quality is a bit fuzzy but they are watchable. I believe the advertising description is misleading and doesn't say that copied DVDs are provided. Learned my lesson and won't buy from them again and have emailed them asking for a return address to obtain a refund. Still awaiting a response.

If I could give them a minus rating I would. Do not buy from this fake company I ordered the Shooting Stars series on dvd. I thought I was getting genuine DVD,s. What arrived was home made copies of the series and the picture was awful. Have contacted them numerous times for a refund and address to return the fake dvd,s with no response. Will be reporting to Trading Standards. They must be posting their own 5 star reviews on trust pilot as they are just fake scammers.

Disc sent was faulty and wouldn't play half the film. I sent emails independently and through their website with no response at all

I ordered an old DVD. I was charged over £10 and when it arrived it is a FAKE copy with a home printed cover. Highly illegal. DO NOT USE. I will be reporting them.

I ordered House of Fools on 26/07/24. An email told me that it was shipped, and it hasn't arrived. I've sent two emails and been ignored. Who the hell are these cowboys? Their customer service is none existent never mind poor, and they haven't delivered. Shame
