I’m in Australia and my experience with ordering a dress for my son’s wedding was absolutely fantastic. Justin and the team at Fostani contacted me as soon as the order was placed and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They have gone above and beyond what I expected in order to rectify a situation and their customer service is out of this world. Amazinggggg! fostani deserve 10/10 review! they seriously care about the clients and not just the money. they didn’t take my money until they made sure they’d told me that the dress i want wouldn’t be available at the date i want most webs would just take the money and give you the no return policy. they are super fast to reply and showed me so many alternative dresses that will arrive in time for the event. i ended up with a better dress than before with a price better than expected

Wonderful, kind, and very helpful. I was looking for a very specific dress to wear as mother of the bride; color and size. I could not find it anywhere. When I reached out I was greeted by Jocelyn who graciously took the time to help me. She sent me several other options in line with what I was looking for, many wonderful options but I still had my heart set on this specific dress. In the end I decide to purchase the dress one size off with the hope it would fit and if it doesn’t I will return and purchase one of the other beautiful dress. The most helpful and kind sale person who went out of her way on several occasions to ensure that I was able to get a dress

Absolutely amazing company , they went above and beyond with the customer service . My dress arrived from the U.S to the U.K within 4 days , it is the most beautiful dress I have ever seen . Would highly recommend them . 5 stars from me .

I ordered a very expensive dress for my daughter that was out of stock everywhere. I was a bit nervous but went for it because I needed the dress and took the chance. They got it to me days faster than expected and it’s even more beautiful in person. I will definitely order from them again.
