I ordered my product on February 9th paying for fast delivery in time for valentines day. I was suspicious when a confirmation email followed by 2 more emails saying we hope you Liked your product- as if it had arrived straight away. It seemed like a scam. I have emailed support but I have not had any response and I do not have any news about a delivery date. It is either a scam or a poorly run over run company who can’t manage to orders.

Over a week I have tried to contact them through Amazon but got nowhere. I had to Google and find out the contact details but they refused to answer. I bought 3kg sweet potatoes on the 17th of November 2024.Since the 30th when I use their track information it says, 'Out for delivery today till 8pm' but nothing comes. Why is Amazon group not able to assist yet I paid my money through them?

My order was a gift for mothers was ready on 4/30 still has not been shipped. What’s the problem.

Probably the worst company to grace the planet. Order time was well over what stated and when arrived package was cracked and broken and certain parts not in the correct place. I email nicely to hopefully come to a solution, just to get blatantly ignored and no refund or new parcel. Absolute disgrace!

Been waiting for 3 weeks on an order I have place when I asked where it was they said they are on holiday and will get back to me. This was now 4 days ago and still haven’t heard anything. Do not buy from here!
